CK has an original perspective on beauty which has made her the go-to color maven in San Francisco, New York and now Singapore. As a senior colorist at the exclusive Madison Avenue salon Sharon Dorram Sally Hershberger, CK cultivated a strong reputation and clientele in Manhattan. In San Francisco, she partnered with the renown Alex Chases Salon and has been recognized as a leader in hair in 7x7's Best of Bay Area Hair and Allure Magazine’s Best of Color. CK's journey started at UC Berkeley when she studied finance leading her on a path to investment banking. She then discovered her passion for color as lead manager of the global hair color team at L'Oreal NYC. It was when CK resided at Bedford St & Grove St in the West Village where she made the lifelong decision to leave corporate and pursue her ambition as an international hairstylist . The creation of Bedford & Grove Salon is an homage to that dream.
